Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Field Senior Visual Merchandiser (North Philadelphia) to lead store-wide merchandising and maintain brand standards across multiple markets.

The role requires frequent travel and ongoing training of store teams to ensure exceptional window and in-store displays that drive customer engagement and sales. You will collaborate with the Regional VM Manager, coordinate fixtures, lighting, signage, and pricing concepts, and support new store openings and remodels while ensuring

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compelling store merchandising across multiple markets to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyze historical sales to influence merchandising strategies during key periods.
• Conduct daily store walkthroughs via Workforce Experience app to uphold visual standards.
• Submit daily before/after photos in the app for review by Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.
• Re-merchandise apparel/footwear, window displays, in-store layouts, and POS to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinate with Regional VM Manager on fixtures, lighting, signage, pricing concepts and campaigns.
• Implement company visual directives across stores and vendor compliance.
• Communicate visual merchandising outcomes and opportunities to store and district managers.
• Provide daily, concise follow-through on all merchandising areas via email.
• Provide in-the-moment training to motivate store teams on standards.
• Lead support for new store openings and remodels.
