Responsibilities

• Lead Visual Execution Across Retail Stores: Travel extensively (4+ days/week) to retail locations to implement seasonal floor sets and brand campaigns.
• Coach Store Leaders in Visual Excellence: Train and mentor Store Managers and in-store teams on visual merchandising principles.
• Partner with Field Leadership: Collaborate with District Managers to align visual execution with business goals.
• Drive Brand Presentation: Ensure brand identity through product placement and visual storytelling.
• Support Key Retail Initiatives: Lead visual merchandising efforts for store openings and remodels.
• Provide Real-Time Feedback and Support: Offer coaching during store visits to improve execution.
