Job summary

Construction Partners, Inc. is seeking a Visual Content Lead to capture compelling video and photography across projects, plants, and events. This role blends field shooting with in‑house editing to tell the story of our people and work.

You will travel to sites, plan shoots, and deliver finished assets that support our publications and social channels, collaborating with the Creative Manager and Social Media Lead. Strong storytelling, independence, and adaptability in the field are essential.

Qualifications

• reel/portfolio showing video work and photography samples
• strong experience shooting and editing short- and long-form video with good storytelling
• confident operating cameras manually, handling lighting and audio
• comfortable shooting photography alongside video
• proficient with Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Bridge)
• experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• able to plan travel itineraries and on-site capture schedules
• highly organized; manage multiple brands/content streams; disciplined media backup

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and color grade video and photography; deliver assets ready for use across the company
• Plan and lead content trips to projects, plants, offices, and events with shot lists and itineraries
• Produce short- and long-form video from concept through edit, including interviews
• Collaborate with leaders to identify projects and coordinate schedules and deliverables
• Partner with Creative Manager on larger video productions
