Construction Partners is seeking a Visual Content Lead to capture our fieldwork across projects, plants, and events. This hands-on role blends video and photography, with travel to sites and the ability to work independently while delivering consistent, story-driven visuals for multiple brands.
You’ll shoot, edit, and color grade assets, collaborate with the Creative Manager and Social Media Lead, and help elevate how our teams are seen across the company and in public-facing materials.
Construction Partners and its family of operating companies build and maintain the roads, highways, and infrastructure that communities across the Sunbelt depend on every day. Behind every project are crews, plants, and people worth seeing, and we are looking for someone who can capture them at their best.
The Visual Content Lead is a hands-on creative role for a hybrid shooter who is comfortable capturing both video and photography, does their best work in the field, and knows how to find the shot that tells the story of the work. You'll own video and photo capture across our growing family of operating companies, traveling to projects, plants, and events to document the people and the work that define who we are. The video and photography you produce becomes the foundation for nearly everything we publish, and you'll work closely with the Creative Manager, the Social Media Lead, and leaders across the company to make sure it's ready when it's needed. With the independence to thrive on the road and the craft to deliver consistently strong visuals, you'll set the standard for how Construction Partners and our family of companies are seen.
