Job summary

LandCare LLC seeks a Visual Content Specialist to lead internal and external visual communications. You will develop, produce, design, and edit multimedia content for video, digital, and print, aligned with our brand voice.

You will shoot, edit, and deliver professional visuals, attend events for imagery including headshots, and ensure messaging stays on-brand across campaigns and internal initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration and travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional photography and videography experience.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or corporate comms.
• Drone photography and videography experience required.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom; video editing software proficiency required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual components of the brand content strategy via photo, design, or video.
• Shoot, design, produce, cut and edit visuals for video, print, digital uses.
• Attend events to capture imagery and headshots for social and campaigns.
• Ensure visuals are on-brand, timely, and aligned with company objectives.
• Develop visual content for marketing, training, recruitment and comms.
• Maintain brand voice across mediums.
• Collaborate with Marketing Specialist and Graphics Designer.
• Coordinate with teams to drive visual initiatives and strategy.
• Provide content opportunities across teams and guide others.
• Ensure PPE compliance and keep visuals clean and framed correctly.
• Capture lifestyle imagery reflecting LandCare culture and values.
• Stay current with design trends and tools; expand asset library.
• Manage visual asset library with tagging and organization.
• Operate and maintain drone, photography, videography equipment.
