Job summary

LandCare is seeking a Visual Content Specialist to lead the creation and editing of visual content for employment and consumer brands. You will shoot, design, and edit photos, videos, and drone footage for marketing, training, recruitment, and corporate communications, ensuring on-brand messaging across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in photography/videography, 2+ years in social media content, and drone operation experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional photography and videography experience.
• 2+ years creating content for social media, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
• Experience operating drones for aerial photography and videography.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
• MS Office and PDF tools proficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% domestically.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Operate photography, videography, drone equipment safely in various environments.
• Experience with Wix and Pixieset is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow art and content direction to execute brand content across media.
• Shoot, design, produce, and edit professional visual content.
• Capture events and headshots for social and internal use.
• Ensure visual messaging is on-brand, timely, and persuasive.
• Develop visual content for marketing, training, recruitment, and other comms.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across mediums.
• Collaborate with Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer for cohesive materials.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to gather stories and plan visuals.
