Job summary

The Building People seeks a Field Verification Technician to support a growing portfolio of government and commercial clients. The role involves remote work with occasional on-site meetings at government facilities and travel for on-site verifications.

You will accompany assessors, collect field data, validate results, and report discrepancies to leadership. Opportunities exist to identify process improvements during field work across CONUS/OCONUS trips.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person meetings when remote participation is not possible, on short notice (within 1-2 hours).
• Attend one meeting per week, and up to three meetings per week, onsite at government facilities.
• Accompany assessment vendor on site visits to validate compliance and documentation per requirements.
• Collect field data (inventory and inspection) to verify data against contract and assessment requirements.
• Compare collected data to uploaded data in the client database and note discrepancies.
• Report assessment vendor discrepancies to the client and Quality Assurance Lead.
• Provide reports and analysis as required by leadership.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Perform field work on-site in CONUS and OCONUS on trips lasting 1-3 weeks.
