Winsupply is seeking a Field Training Specialist to deliver on-site and virtual training for local companies, collaborating with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to drive performance outcomes.

The role trains employees on WISE, WinZone, and Winreports, builds WISE data in local companies, and contributes to training events, videos, and documentation while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
• Train new president/managers and employees on WISE topics and reports.
• Setup WISE data for local companies.
• Conduct follow-up training after visits.
• Participate in in-person training events (Annual Meetings, National/Regional Training, MDTP).
• Record training help videos and create documentation.
• Create and follow up on help tickets until issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with Programming, QA, and Support teams.
• Provide strategic guidance to local companies.
