Job summary

Winsupply is seeking a Field Training Specialist to conduct on-site and virtual training for local companies. You will train employees on WISE, WinZone, and Winreports while collaborating with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure performance outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, leading sessions at in-person events, and producing help videos. A background in wholesale distribution and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the wholesale distribution industry.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in duties.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast paced/constantly changing work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience using the WISE ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
• Train new president/managers and employees on WISE functions and reports (e.g., ADWIAD).
• Work with local company to organize/setup WISE data.
• Conduct follow-up training with recently visited local companies.
• Participate in in-person training events (Annual Meetings, National/Regional Training, MDTP).
• Record training help videos and provide supporting docs.
• Create/follow up help tickets for end users until issues resolved.
• Collaborate with Programming, QA, and Support teams on various projects.
• Provide conceptual/strategic guidance to local companies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
• Possess knowledge to train new president/managers and employees on various topics including WISE functions, reports, e.g. A Day’s Work in a Day (ADWIAD).
• Work with local company in organization and/or setup of WISE data.
• Conduct various follow-up training activities with recently visited local company.
• Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions.
• Record training help videos and provide supporting help documentation.
• Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
• Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.
• Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.
• Other duties as assigned.
