Job summary

Orthofix is seeking a Therapeutic Solutions Specialist to deliver field training for sales representatives and distributors on Orthofix devices in clinic and office settings, with a focus on bone growth stimulation products.

This role supports territory analysis, helps onboarding and coaching of sales personnel, and collaborates with Order to Cash teams, Compliance, and Medical Education to ensure effective product adoption across the Western U.S. remote territory.

Qualifications

• Full working knowledge of DME bone stimulation.
• Working knowledge of third party billing.
• Full working knowledge of insurance guidelines, Medicare and self-pay.
• Knowledge of BGS market and all product features and benefits.
• An exceptional level of technical competence with regard to product knowledge and use.
• A proven ability to explain and present clinical data to individuals or larger groups.
• Demonstrated product knowledge and expertise as measured by verifiable success.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Provide field training to Orthofix sales representatives and distributors on device use and promotion.
• Assist in territory analysis and collaboration with Order to Cash teams (Order Entry, Insurance, Appeals, Patient Care Billing).
• Collaborate with Compliance, Clinical and Medical Education to ensure training quality.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching and evaluation of sales personnel.
• Facilitate annual product certification and participate in training modules.
• Maintain records per company policy and adhere to Integrity Advantage guidelines.
