Job summary

Orthofix Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Therapeutic Solutions Specialist to train Orthofix sales reps and distributors on bone growth stimulation devices.

The position supports clinics and offices across the Western half of the United States and requires travel to physician offices and hospital accounts. The role collaborates with Training, Education, and Accounts teams to enhance product knowledge, certify staff, and drive territory performance.

Qualifications

• Full knowledge of DME bone stimulation and insurance guidelines.
• Ability to explain clinical data to groups or individuals.
• Experience training and coaching sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field expert on bone growth stimulation and promote products to healthcare providers.
• Train and onboard sales reps and distributors, and support territory development.
• Collaborate with Training, Order Entry, Insurance, Appeals, and Accounts teams.
• Conduct territory analysis and report progress to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines and certification requirements.
