Job summary

Orthofix Holdings, Inc. is seeking a field training specialist to educate sales reps and distributors on the use and promotion of Orthofix devices in clinics and offices. You will partner with various internal teams to analyze territories and drive product adoption.

The role involves ongoing training, coaching, and collaboration with Compliance, Education, and National Accounts, with travel to field sites and a strong focus on sales support and development.

Qualifications

• Full working knowledge of DME bone stimulation.
• Working knowledge of third party billing.
• Full working knowledge of insurance guidelines, Medicare and self-pay.
• Knowledge of BGS market and product features.
• Ability to explain and present clinical data to individuals or larger groups.
• Experience in training, coaching and motivating others.

Responsibilities

• Provide field training to sales reps and distributors on Orthofix devices.
• Support territory analysis and coordinate with Order to Cash teams.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Clinical and Medical Education.
• Assist in onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluating sales personnel.
• Attend home office and online training modules as needed.
