Job summary

Orthofix Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Bone Growth Therapies Patient Care Specialist in Northern Ohio to support Territory Managers and Distributors with patient education and device in-services.

You will assist with patient fittings, conduct educational meetings, and manage benefits explanations while collecting necessary order paperwork. Responsibilities include fielding patient calls, submitting HIPAA information, and maintaining regular attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to present to individuals or larger groups.
• Able to accurately maintain a monthly fitter log, detailing patient fit, date and time, serial number, and device type.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, personal, and timely service representing Orthofix in a professional and straightforward manner.
• Assist with Patient Fittings.
• Assist with educational meetings with patients and staff regarding the benefits of the Orthofix stimulation products.
• Discuss the explanation of benefits and patient responsibilities.
• Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
• Field patient phone calls.
• Collect and submit HIPAA-covered information related to orders.
• Regular attendance is required.
