Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Service Representative to support a growth-oriented territory.

This remote role requires living within the territory around Waterloo/Cedar Falls, IA, and involves delivering technically informed service to fleet wash, surface treatment, and industrial customers. You will work to lower customers’ total operating costs while exceeding expectations through our product lines and channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude in electrical and pipefitting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective technical service to support product application at customer sites.
• Manage multiple customers across geography that utilize a variety of product lines.
• Assist customers, handle inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Enter all relevant information into Analytics or an equivalent data collection system.
