Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a Manager, Field Services to lead Plant Services program managers and field delivery across multiple nuclear services. You will direct planning, execution, and performance oversight, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met while aligning with NuScale's growth strategy.

Collaboration with Business Development, Supply Chain, Engineering and PMO is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 20+ years in nuclear industry would be acceptable.
• MBA or advanced engineering degree is a plus.
• Experience in start-up or startup-related nuclear services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Plant Services Program Managers and field deliverables.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for the program portfolio.
• Coordinate with Senior Director, Plant Services, and other functions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide escalation point for risks and ensure proper governance and compliance.
