Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a Manager, Field Services to lead Plant Services programs tied to startup and maintenance of NuScale Nuclear Power Modules. You will direct program managers, drive cost/schedule performance, and serve as the primary escalation point for risks, ensuring alignment with NuScale’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or related field; 20+ years of technical nuclear experience.
• Fifteen years of full-time experience in the nuclear sector, with at least five in services delivery.
• Senior Reactor Operator certification or equivalent startup/operations experience.
• Strong technical writing, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Plant Services Program Managers and deliverables.
• Budgeting, financial planning, and maintaining cost/schedule performance; approve reports.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable team goals; report program health metrics.
• Coordinate with Senior Director, Plant Services, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and NQA-1 framework; manage risks and escalations.
