Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Field Services Project Manager to lead nuclear field service projects, including planning, costing and execution, with contract negotiation support. The role focuses on site activities, safety, and timely delivery within GE processes.

The candidate will manage outages, develop cost estimates, schedules and contingency plans, and coordinate with engineering, customers and global teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 10 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of project management in power generation or industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years of commercial and negotiation experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to gain/maintain unescorted access to a Nuclear power facility.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Ability to access site areas including stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, costing, planning, coordination and execution for Nuclear Field Services projects.
• Attend pre-proposal and negotiation meetings; develop scope, schedule, quotes and resources.
• Manage outages, risk, and changes; ensure safe, timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide management reports; secure project authorizations technically and financially.
• Coordinate with design, customer, and internal teams; ensure EHS plans and documentation are in place.
• Support proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-project closeout.
