Job summary

Pronto AI is seeking a Field Services Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair autonomous technology across customer sites in the United States. You’ll work hands-on with sensors, DBW kits, power integration, and vehicle interfaces, ensuring deployments meet operation standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service or technical support experience in automotive/electronics/mechatronics.
• Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and electrical testing tools.
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems including power, CAN bus, sensors, ECUs.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy Pronto hardware and software, including sensors, power integration, and vehicle interfaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system calibrations; ensure field deployments meet specs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field and document issues.
