Job summary

Struction Solutions in Wichita, Kansas seeks a Field Service Representative to provide complex non-medical case management and resource coordination for WIIs and families, including face-to-face interviews and regional travel.

You will coordinate with VA teams, caregiver resources, education/employment supports, and government partners, document all contacts in MCWIITS, and support 120-day post-EAS transitions; independence and confidentiality required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in field coordination, case management, or veteran support.
• Ability to travel regionally and work independently with remote coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex non-medical case management and resource coordination.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews and coordinate with partners.
• Document contacts and case activity in government systems.
• Support transition needs and follow-up with VA and other teams.
