Job summary

Struction Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide complex non-medical case management and resource coordination for WIIs and families, with focus on TDRL/PDRL and post-EAS needs. This role requires face-to-face coordination across the region and occasional urgent travel.

You will connect with VA transition teams, caregiver resources, education and employment supports, and partner organizations, documenting all contacts in MCWIITS within required timelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in field coordination, case management, or veteran support.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and regional travel ability.
• U.S. work authorization; CAC/MCEN access may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex non-medical case management and resource coordination for assigned regional caseload.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews and support within geographic area, including urgent travel.
• Coordinate with VA transition teams, caregiver resources, education/employment supports, and partners.
• Support follow-up and post-EAS transition needs as assigned.
• Document all contacts and case activity in MCWIITS within required timeframes.
• Maintain travel readiness, confidentiality, and Government system documentation.
