Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking a Field Service Technician for Specialty Rental based in Gastonia, NC. This role involves traveling to customer sites, maintaining fleet in the field, and performing repairs to ensure uptime and safety.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager and contribute to process improvements while documenting work with company tools. Candidates should have 2–3+ years of industrial field service experience and an electromechanical background.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic.
• An electromechanical degree or equivalent training is required.
• Maintenance, overhaul and repair of electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic equipment.
• English proficiency; second language is a bonus.
• High energy levels; able to lift up to 50 lbs in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Customer Support Manager and maintain fleet in the field.
• Repair equipment at customer locations and in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the territory.
• Develop efficient processes and routines to improve performance.
• Document all work daily using company hardware and software.
