Job summary

Atlas Copco Specialty Rental North America in the United States seeks a Field Service Technician in Aledo, TX to deliver expert repair services and ensure performance and longevity of customer equipment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic.
• An electromechanical degree or training is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, overhaul and repair of industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
• Good command of English; second language is a bonus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with temperature extremes.

Your role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You will

• Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain fleet in the field
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory

• Improve measurablesuccess to business targets
• Document all work performed daily by using company provided hardware and software

To succeed, you will need

• You have 2 - 3+ years of experience as an industrial related field service mechanic
• You have an appropriate electromechanical degree or training
• You have demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of different industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• You have a good command in English and a second language knowledge is a bonus
• You have high energy levels
• You will be expected to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Aledo, TX. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, United States (US).
