Job summary

Simpatico Systems, LLC is seeking motivated technicians to install, service, and repair physical security hardware, audio and video equipment for customers in the San Antonio area through a remote-facing role.

You’ll train customers during deployments, communicate clearly, and handle additional tasks with enthusiasm. The job involves travel, hands-on work, and strong safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Knowledge of electronics and low voltage cabling is preferred.
• Experience with alarm, surveillance, and A/V hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair security hardware and AV equipment.
• Train customers during installations and deployments.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
