Job summary

RBO Technology, LLC is seeking a Security and AV Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain security systems for our customers. You will respond to service calls, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance on access control, CCTV, intrusion, AV, and alarm systems.

This role requires strong problem solving, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 40% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in security system service with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and alarms.
• Travel to customer sites up to 40% and valid driver’s license.
• Private Security License a plus and ability to document service work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and repair security systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and testing for optimal operation.
• Communicate issues and solutions clearly to clients.
• Recommend upgrades and document all service activities.
• Provide technical support to customers and junior technicians.
