Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates’ degree in a technical field or equivalent plus 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and passport.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and support packaging and automation equipment at customer sites.
• Coordinate equipment and system installations with customers and sales team.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel on site and provide phone support as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Prepare service reports and document work performed for customers.
