Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. offers a fully remote service technician role serving customers within a 1-2 hour radius of Lancaster, PA. You will perform preventive service, installation, and repairs on compressors and dryers, while growing your knowledge of HVAC, VSDs, and remote monitoring.

Qualified candidates have 1-2 years in mechanical/electrical fields, a valid driver2s license, and English fluency. Training at the Air Academy is provided, with on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 years of mechanical, electrical, or maintenance experience in industrial equipment.
• EPA certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and fluent English.
• Ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temps.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors and dryers.
• Install and pipe compressor systems.
• Learn and work with VSDs, refrigeration, remote monitoring.
• Communicate with customers and service manager about options for repairs.
• Complete service reports and warranty forms; attend Air Academy training.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call pool and travel to sites.
