Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center is seeking a Service Technician for a fully remote role with travel within a 1–2 hour radius of Fremont, California. You will perform preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors and dryers, and install systems while reporting to the Service Manager.

You will learn advanced topics such as VSDs, refrigeration, industrial networks, and remote monitoring.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience in mechanical, maintenance, or electrical fields.
• Experience with maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial equipment (electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics) preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive service and troubleshoot/repair air compressors and dryers.
• Set, install, and pipe compressor systems.
• Learn and work with VSDs, refrigeration, remote monitoring, and air audits.
