Job summary

Hach is seeking a Field Service Technician I to deliver high-quality service, perform preventive maintenance, and calibrate Hach devices at customer sites. Travel across the Dallas region and beyond with company-paid travel, accommodations, and meals provided.

The role emphasizes on-site customer service, safety, and accurate reporting. Texas-based position with a comprehensive benefits package, 10-week training, and growth opportunities within Veralto’s water-quality mission.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Associates/technical degree preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is a must with experience in preventive maintenance and diagnostics/repair.
• 2+ years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using standard work.
• Serve as on-site contact for technical and service-related issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work in municipal and industrial settings including water treatment facilities, refineries, and processing plants.
• Submit accurate service reports affecting billing, inventory, and instrument history.
