Job summary

Texas AirSystems, LLC in Fort Worth/ Irving, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Technician to travel to customer sites, start-up, commission, troubleshoot and repair the equipment we represent. The role requires independence, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to manage start-up projects.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, HVAC certification, OSHA 10, 5+ years as a service technician in commercial settings, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• HVAC certification required and OSHA 10-trained.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Service Technician in a commercial environment.
• Ability to travel within the designated operational region.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.
• Start-up, commission, and support BMS on equipment we represent.
• Perform factory start-up, commissioning, and warranty service on Data Center equipment.
• Interprets engineering drawings for layout, location and operation of systems.
• Coordinates with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Service Coordinators and customers.
• Maintain safety and timely paperwork submission; ensure customer satisfaction.
