ThermalWorks is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our team with a strong focus on HVAC systems. This position is full-time, primarily located in Salt Lake City, UT, with a significant travel requirement of 75% across the United States. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills and a strong foundation in mechanical critical infrastructure service.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in HVAC systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the day.
• Understanding of refrigeration theory and hands-on applied sciences.

Responsibilities

• Manage Preventative Maintenance and Service schedules.
• Perform on-site quality control for installation of products.
• Handle emergency issues when on call.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair.

Skills

Detail-oriented

Good written and verbal communication skills

Customer service

Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems

Education

608 EPA certification

Experience in Mechanical Critical Infrastructure Service
