Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Field Service Technician for a remote-friendly role based in Seattle, WA. You will install, service, and troubleshoot postage meters and related hardware at client sites, ensuring high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You should be hands-on with mechanical or electrical equipment, comfortable in a Windows environment, and able to travel to multiple customer locations with a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems or electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with Windows and basic PC networking.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and upgrade postage meters and shipping hardware at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize repeat calls.
• Explain usage to clients and train them on operation.
• Maintain communication with clients on progress during maintenance.
• Grow skills by working on advanced products while contributing to revenue through on-site sales.
