Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and upgrade postage meters and related mailing hardware at client sites. You will troubleshoot, repair, and train clients while maintaining strong communication and ownership of issues.

The role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours with potential overtime, a company vehicle (or mileage reimbursement), and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple locations are required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience with repair or installation tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and document work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and upgrade Postage Meters and other shipping and mailing hardware at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, minimizing repeat calls.
• Review job aids and train clients on using the equipment.
• Keep clients informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
• Grow skill set to work on top-of-the-line products and related hardware.
