Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Junior Field Service Technician for Devens/Groton, MA. This entry-level role inspects, services, and completes basic repairs on Nautilus, StairMaster, Star Trac, Schwinn, Throwdown and Wexler products.

You will develop customer satisfaction through accurate maintenance and helpful support, with travel up to 25%. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years’ customer-facing technical experience, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College/Tech degree in related field preferred.
• Additional training in commercial fitness industry or combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a customer facing technical support or service role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inspections at Key Account locations and make repairs/adjustments as needed.
• Accepts, schedules, and completes work orders within 48 hours.
• Inspects equipment during visits to Key Accounts and documents Service Reports.
• Follow testing procedures; service and maintain Core Health & Fitness products at customer locations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality and courteous support in a timely manner.
• Communicate product performance feedback to the Director of Services.
