Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service Nautilus, StairMaster, Star Trac, Schwinn, Throwdown, and Wexler products. You will install, maintain, and document service actions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty across assigned sites.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical role, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the fitness industry
• Experience with electro/mechanical equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and drive to customer locations

Responsibilities

• Repair and service Core Health & Fitness product lines at customer sites
• Install new products and document work performed
• Provide timely and knowledgeable customer support and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain vehicle inventory and complete required paperwork and reports
• Attend trainings and certifications for equipment and software used (e.g., Workday)
