Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor to lead field teams in installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems. The role focuses on scheduling, safety, and quality control while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The position requires 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a clean driving record. Experience with Service Titan and NATE certification is preferred. Flexible, team-oriented professionals are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification required for environmental compliance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean record.
• Proactive, enthusiastic approach with dedication to quality.
• Outstanding customer service and ability to exceed client expectations.
• Professional interaction with all organizational levels; adaptable and solution-focused.
• Strong critical thinking to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, addition, or replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Direct daily operations: scheduling, job assignments, workflow management.
• Approve purchases of equipment and parts meeting standards.
• Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians; conduct training and evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
