Job summary
Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist to provide hands-on support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of professional, commercial, and industrial printing products.
The role is remote and based in the Oahu area, with significant travel to customer locations. You will diagnose complex issues, minimize downtime, optimize performance, and deliver training to customers and partners.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of advanced technical or field service support experience in commercial/industrial printing or similar electromechanical systems.
- On-site and remote troubleshooting, repair, and installation with customer support.
- Proficiency with RIP software, color management, and ICC profiles; reading technical docs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose product failures and perform on-site and remote repairs to return equipment to production.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, configuration, and performance issues.
- Install Epson products and train customers on operation, production, and maintenance.
- Recommend improvements to equipment performance and customer experience.
- Provide technical training to service providers and partners as assigned.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
