TRUMPF is seeking a Field Service Engineer to travel to customer sites in the United States, Canada and Mexico for installation, service, troubleshooting and repair of TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools. This role is offered as 100% remote with reporting to Farmington, CT.

You will provide high-quality technical service, document machine information and conditions, train customers, and act as a service ambassador to enable business success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on problem solver with electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics.
• Willingness to travel 100% for field work across North America.
• Customer service mindset focused on quality and customer success.

Responsabilités

• Travel to install, service, troubleshoot and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools at customer sites in the US, Canada and Mexico.
• Provide high-quality technical service to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance.
• Document customer machine information and conditions and make improvement suggestions.
• Train customers to operate and/or service machines to maximize productivity.
