Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory or blood bank environment.
• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing technical, service, or operational support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site/field representative for Abbott Diagnostics, focusing on customer retention and value expansion.
• Provide first-line technical support for diagnostic instruments and ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Perform instrument installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
