Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on semiconductor service.
• 5–7 years field service experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of plasma etch and deposition systems with strict process readiness.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with diagnosis against vacuum tolerances and process benchmarks.
• Engage customers with hands-on training and ensure confident operation across key processes.
• Resolve complex hardware/software issues using specialized tools and provide remote support to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate components and implement upgrades to ensure system reliability and throughput.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physics

Equivalent hands-on semiconductor equipment service experience

5–7 years field service experience in semiconductor industry

Familiarity with cleanroom operations and safety protocols
