Grifols is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to support DxCTS in the U.S., servicing IH equipment (Erytra/Eflexis) and NAT equipment, with up to 70% travel and 100% remote work from a home office. The onboarding center is in North Carolina.

You will manage preventive maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and documentation in CRM, collaborating with interdepartmental teams to ensure compliant service and timely resolution for customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years with lab/electro-mechanical equipment; regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with ServiceMax or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer relationships and service calls at client sites.
• Perform hardware upgrades and regulatory documentation.
• Install software upgrades and execute IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications.
• Schedule PM visits and coordinate parts delivery.
• Document all work in CRM per regulations.
• Travel up to 70% and work remotely.
