Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to support the DxCTS organization. The role covers servicing Grifols IH and NAT equipment at customer sites, with up to 70% travel and the majority of work conducted remotely.

You will handle customer relationships, service calls, preventive maintenance, software upgrades and installations, ensuring compliant documentation in the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, organizational skills, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline is highly preferred.
• Equivalent military experience or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, service calls and site evaluations within designated timeframes.
• Manage travel arrangements and coordinate delivery of parts.
• Perform hardware upgrades and regulatory documentation at the client site.
• Collaborate on software upgrades and product installations including qualifications.
• Schedule preventive maintenance per manufacturers requirements and document in CRM.
• Coordinate with Global Response Team for issues outside defined scope.
• Maintain documentation in CRM per regulatory guidelines; ensure timely closures.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline
