Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and service medical imaging equipment remotely across multiple product lines.

The role requires strong customer relations, documentation, and the ability to work with CMSU Solutions Center for remote support. Candidates should have a two-year electronics degree (or equivalent experience), 3 years of advanced electronics, and 5 years in field service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Must hold an active motor vehicle driver's license in the employee's state of residence.
• Two year associate's degree in Electronics technology or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Three years advanced electronics experience required.
• Five years field service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install medical imaging equipment and perform installation quality check.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections per equipment specs.
• Prepare work orders, parts orders, and expense forms.
• Maintain all assigned assets per company policies and procedures.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and troubleshoot across multiple product lines.
