Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Must maintain active motor vehicle license from the state of residence.
• 2 year / associate's degree electronics technology or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Install medical imaging equipment.
• Complete installation quality checklist.
• Perform PM inspections per equipment specifications and standards.
• Prepare work orders, parts orders, mileage logs, expense forms and time sheets.
• Maintain all assigned assets per company P&P.
• Answer technical and applications questions.
• Provide remote technical support and product troubleshooting.
• Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with the CMSU Solutions Center.
