Qualifications

• Above-average troubleshooting knowledge of any combination of multi-OEM/multi-modality.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary onsite support engineer within assigned territory.
• Communicates with Service Support team to follow up on service calls.
• Travels to customer sites to diagnose and repair system failures.
