Qualifications

• Significant skills in handling software installations and upgrades.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for break-fix issues.
• Execute new system installations and preventive maintenance.
• Directly communicate and resolve customer issues post-service.
