You will work with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and contribute to service metrics while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2–5 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems across assigned instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; document resolutions and close calls on time.
• Own customer satisfaction; build strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Plan service visits; manage inventory and on-call rotation, travel for training.
• Follow regulatory and safety guidelines; maintain documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams; mentor other Field Service Representatives.
• Meet service sales, cost of service, and KPI targets for accounts.
• Use remote tools to maximize uptime and maintain certifications.
