Qualifications

• Experience repairing laboratory equipment or related instrumentation.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time as business requires.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and lab safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide troubleshooting and warranty service within defined timeframes.
• Communicate service offerings and provide training and support.
• Partner with customers to understand analytical workflows and applications.
• Adhere to installation, warranty and service documentation standards.
• Maintain assets and ensure data uploads/downloads for service systems.
