Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in the United States is seeking a Field Service Engineer to independently troubleshoot, install, preventively maintain, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment, delivering excellent service to customers and providing technical training.

This role requires 30–40% travel within the Oklahoma City/Tulsa area and Western Arkansas, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate's degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electromechanical/electronic equipment or instrumentation.
• Experience with service call planning tools and customer records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, perform preventative maintenance, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs, order repair parts, and meet cycle times using service systems.
• Engage with stakeholders and train newer Field Service Engineers.
