Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of field support or customer-facing technical experience in semiconductors.
• Experience with FPGA architecture, design flows, and development tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers and resolve hardware/software issues on Altera products.
• Assist with design conversions, simulations, RTL designs, benchmarking, and POC creations.
• Dive into silicon interfaces (DSP, memory controllers, PCIe/DMA, Serdes, Networking) and propose system architectures.
• Support sales by driving design wins and assisting with critical opportunities.
• Train customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
