Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FPGA architecture, design flows, and development tools (Quartus Prime).
• Strong design, RTL, and software background and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers at their sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on Altera products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues as needed.
• Travel extensively to customer sites as required.
